Class Information And Payment Policy:

Class is on a first come, first serve basis, so sign up early!

Reservations are taken through PayPal at this site. Please provide both your e-mail address and phone number when checking out at PayPal.

If you sign up on PayPal within 48 hours of a class, please e-mail us so we can save you a spot, as PayPal can take 24-48 hours to process your purchase.

If you wish to pay by check, please e-mail Sonoko Sakai at sonokosakai@gmail.com so we can save you a spot. Checks must be cleared seven days before a class.

A minimum of 4 students is required for a class to be held. If a class is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

All classes begin promptly. Try to get to the class, 10 minutes in advance.

Menus are subject to change.

Cancellations must be made 7 days before a class. Fees are refunded upon receiving written notice by e-mail only. Fees are non-refundable after that point.

Some classes include sake pairings. Please limit your alcohol consumption to items served in class.

You must be 18 or older to participate in class.

All participants are required to read and sign the Waiver and Release Form before the start of a class.

The Santa Monica classes will be held at the home of Sonoko Sakai. Once we receive payment you will be given directions to Sonoko's home by e-mail.

Please bring soft shoes (no sandles), a tupperware to take home soba, a dish towel, a head bandana and an apron.
